Ardie Benson was born in Columbia, SC. Once he graduated high school, he moved to Georgia to attend the Georgia Military School. After a year and a half, he then transferred to the University of Georgia for a year before he had to leave for the Army. Ardie served in the Vietnam War. Once he finished, he returned to UGA to finish and graduated in 1972 with a degree in Business Management. Ardie would later open Benson Vance Company in 1980. Ardie has over forty years of experience in the wholesale plumbing supply industry and continues to love what he is doing. 

Steve Ross was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He attended and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1978 with a BSBA. Steve has over forty years of experience in sales and management. In 1981, Steve got his start in Sales. Steve has been a Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Director of Sales over the years before he arrived at Benson Vance. Steve is well known and liked throughout our industry. in 2012; Steve joined then known as Benson Vance as an outside sales rep. Later in 2014, Steve became a partner with Benson Vance. In 2020, Benson Vance became Benson Ross Company. 

 

Kevin McFelia was born in Atlanta, Ga, and raised in Cherokee County. He attended college at the University of North Georgia and studied Business Management. He grew up in this industry as his grandfather had a plumbing company for over 40 years, and his father has been on the wholesale side for nearly 40 years. Kevin worked every summer from the tender age of 8 to15 years old in the warehouse at a wholesale plumbing supply company. In 2005, he started out as a driver. He would work his way up the ladder throughout the years. From Warehouse and Shipping Manager, Counter Manager, and Inside and Outside Sales rep to being promoted to branch manager in 2016 at a plumbing wholesaler in downtown Atlanta. Kevin Joined Benson Ross as a Regional Sales Manager and Partner in June of 2020.

Erik Green was born in Kennesaw, GA and raised in Bartow County. At the young age of 13, Erik began spending his summers working for a local black gas pipe company, where his responsibilities consisted of running fittings and cut sections of pipe for residential and commercial buildings. He attended and graduated from Cartersville High School. In 2012, he began driving at a local plumbing wholesaler. Erik climbed through the ranks from Shipping and warehouse manager to counter manager and an inside sales rep. In September 2020, Erik joined Benson Ross as the new Operations Manager and Partner.
